At Hirbawi, we take pride in the heritage and quality of our authentic Kufiyas and fashion apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Hirbawi tags and labels are still attached and the product is unworn.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
